Please read these Terms before using the website or submitting a vehicle enquiry. By continuing to use the website or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable UAE law are not excluded.
1. About Sell Scrap Car UAE
Sell Scrap Car UAE provides vehicle enquiry, valuation, scrap-car buying, pickup coordination and related assistance services in Dubai and other parts of the United Arab Emirates.
We are not the Roads and Transport Authority, a traffic department, police authority, vehicle-testing authority or another government body. Any assistance relating to registration, deregistration, ownership transfer or official procedures is guidance and support only. Final decisions remain with the responsible authority.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
You must use this website only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not submit information or request our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements concerning the vehicle. When acting for another person, company or vehicle owner, you must have valid legal authority to do so.
3. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and enquiry purposes. We take reasonable care when preparing content, but vehicle procedures, government fees, service availability and legal requirements can change.
You should confirm official requirements directly with the relevant UAE authority before relying on information about registration, cancellation, traffic fines, number plates, ownership transfer, vehicle inspection or government charges.
4. Enquiries and Communications
You may contact us through the website form, telephone, email or WhatsApp. By submitting an enquiry, you authorise us to contact you using the details provided for the purpose of responding to your request and arranging the requested service.
Messages sent through WhatsApp, email or a website form do not by themselves create a final purchase agreement. A binding transaction arises only after the vehicle and documents are verified, the final terms are clearly communicated and both parties accept them.
5. Accuracy of Information You Provide
You agree to provide complete, accurate and current information, including:
- Correct vehicle make, model, year and condition
- Known mechanical, electrical, accident, fire or flood damage
- Correct ownership, registration and finance information
- Accurate inspection or pickup location
- Working contact information
A quotation, appointment or pickup may be revised or cancelled if information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or materially different from the vehicle's actual condition.
6. Vehicle Ownership and Authority to Sell
You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or that you have valid written authority to act for the owner. You must not offer a stolen vehicle, a vehicle subject to an undisclosed ownership dispute or a vehicle you have no legal authority to sell.
We may request reasonable documents or verification before making payment or collecting the vehicle. These may include Emirates ID, vehicle registration details, number plates, mortgage release, company authorisation, power of attorney or other documents required for the transaction.
A vehicle subject to bank finance, mortgage or another legal restriction normally cannot be completed as a sale until the restriction is officially released or otherwise resolved.
7. Vehicle Valuations and Offers
Any quotation based only on information, photographs or a remote description is an initial estimate. The final offer may depend on physical inspection, vehicle condition, market value, missing parts, documentation, location and the cost of safe recovery.
We may revise or withdraw an initial quotation before completion if:
- The actual condition differs from the description or photographs.
- Important vehicle parts or documents are missing.
- The vehicle has undisclosed finance, fines, restrictions or disputes.
- The vehicle identification details cannot be verified.
- Safe pickup requires equipment or access not previously disclosed.
You are free to accept or reject a final offer before completing the transaction. We do not guarantee that every vehicle enquiry will result in an offer or purchase.
8. Vehicle Pickup and Recovery
Pickup arrangements are subject to confirmation, location access, vehicle condition, recovery-equipment availability and safe working conditions. You must provide accurate access information and ensure that the vehicle can legally and safely be collected.
Where free pickup is confirmed as part of the accepted transaction, no separate standard pickup charge will apply. Specialist recovery, restricted access, underground parking, missing wheels, inaccessible locations or other unusual conditions may require a revised arrangement agreed before collection.
Pickup times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, access restrictions, authority requirements, equipment availability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Registration, Deregistration and RTA Assistance
The vehicle owner remains responsible for official registration, deregistration, ownership transfer, number-plate surrender, fines, mortgage release and identity verification unless a different arrangement is expressly confirmed and legally permitted.
We may explain the usual process and assist with coordination, but we cannot guarantee approval, processing time or the decision of RTA, police, traffic departments, testing centres or other authorities.
A deregistered or unregistered vehicle must not be driven on public roads. The owner is responsible for following all road-use and transport requirements until the vehicle is lawfully collected.
10. Payment
The agreed payment method and timing will be confirmed before the transaction is completed. Payment is subject to final vehicle and ownership verification and completion of the agreed documents or official process.
We do not request payment-card information through the valuation form. Do not send bank passwords, one-time passwords, payment-card security codes or other sensitive banking credentials through the website, email or WhatsApp.
11. Government Fees, Fines and Other Charges
Government fees, traffic fines, inspection charges, lost-plate reports, mortgage-release costs, document charges and other official amounts are separate from the value of the vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Official fees are determined by the relevant authority and may change. The owner is responsible for outstanding fines, finance and legal restrictions unless a written agreement states otherwise.
12. Appointment Cancellation
You should notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an inspection or pickup appointment. We may cancel or reschedule an appointment where the vehicle cannot be accessed safely, ownership cannot be verified, information is materially inaccurate or collection would be unlawful.
13. Prohibited Website Use
You must not use this website to:

19. Your Responsibility for Claims
You are responsible for losses or claims resulting from your fraud, unlawful conduct, lack of authority to sell the vehicle, deliberate misrepresentation or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website or our communication channels is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read that policy before submitting personal or vehicle information.
